The ramp to camp is in full force! We are one month away from Program Training and camp!

|
REGISTRATION NUMBER CHANGES
Click here and complete this short survey if you need to increase or decrease your registration numbers. You can increase until the first day of camp as long as there is space available. We will contact you if there is no vacancy in your camp. If you need to decrease your registration numbers, you must complete the survey before or on MAY 1.
An additional $75 late cancellation fee will be incurred for each decreased person AFTER May 1. When you decrease your registration, previous deposit payments made cannot be applied or transferred toward final balance due.

CAMP WAIVER + FORMS
The camp waiver and forms required by some of our locations are now available on our Group Leader Prep Center by clicking here.
Each individual attending camp must complete and submit a camp waiver. Parents of minors must complete the form. Group leaders and adult sponsors will complete their own forms. You will need your registration ID # to give to parents.
These forms must be completed no later than TWO WEEKS before you arrive to camp.

|
PARTICIPANT LISTS
This form lists all attendees coming to camp with your group and can be accessed by using your registration ID and the email associated with your registration at the link below.
You are able to add participant's manually on your Participant List, or as submitted Camp Waivers come through, you can add them to your list via the "Waivers Received & Ready To Add" dropdown. Your Participant List is due no later than 14 days prior to your arrival to camp. Once you have completed and finalized your Participant List, make sure to click "Send Completed List to FUGE Camps!" button at the bottom of your list.

PRE-CAMP BIBLE STUDY
Don't forget about our one-session, pre-camp Bible study for you to use with your group sometime before coming to camp as a pre-cursor to what they will hear and study at camp.

PARENT DEVOS
Parent Devos is an opportunity for parents to follow along with what their children are studying and learning at camp.
You can access these devotions here. Provide the link or print copies of for parents. Be sure to get this on your to-do list BEFORE you leave for camp.

DATES TO REMEMBER
Two Weeks Before You Arrive at Camp
-Finalize AND submit your Participant List.
-Submit your group's Church Agreement Form (becomes available once your Participant List has been submitted).
-Pay your final balance due.
-Make sure all participants have completed a Camp Waiver.
-Be sure all of the adult sponsors with your group have had a background check and have done child protection training.
